Wellness goals

Ok, so it’s technically like the 5th of March, but I promise I have been thinking about these goals I am going to set.  It’s very clear to me what I need to do for some of them, and others are a little harder.  But let me show you what I’ve got so far.
Physical—probably the easiest to start with.  I used to work out.  I know, cliché.  But lately (and by lately I mean for the last 7 months) I have really struggled with getting to the gym.  So, for the month of March, my goal is to get 1-1.5 hours of cardio every week.  So, 30 minutes 2 or 3 times a week.  These will probably be on my days off since I’m usually pooped after work.
Spiritual—I want to go to the temple at least once every other week.  I have really been slacking since school started because I’m really busy with work and homework and I need to get back on track.
Social—Have at least 1 GIRLS NIGHT!  Just one.
Environmental—spend 10 minutes each night DOING THE DISHES
Emotional—I have a hard time separating emotional and mental.  So I am combining them kinda.  In my 30 minutes of relaxing time, I would like to take up yoga. I'm going to go to the DI today and look for a yoga dvd I can do.  If i can't find something within the next few days, i'll pick something else to do.
Mental—take 30 minutes each week to do something relaxing
Intellectual—Read a book.  A real one.  Right now i am trying to finish "The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands"  so my goal is to have it finished by the end of March.
