Well, it's in WV. That's West Virginia. Like, here:
He would start the program in January. Here's why I have mixed feelings:
- SOOOOOOO far away
- No student teaching in Idaho :(
- Family is all in the West
- SOOOOOOO far away
Mainly, it's just far away from home. For two years. I'll admit it, I'm scared to leave my Mormon bubble. I like it here. But a girl's gotta spread her wings and fly, right? He's almost guaranteed a spot in the program. 1) because it's their first year with the P.A. program, and 2) because they like LDS kids for some reason. What's not to like, huh? :) Well, hopefully we get more interviews. Praying for an interview and acceptance for ISU, but we'll see what the Lord has in store for us. :)
My brother in law is looking into University of Charleston to play college lacrosse. The people who own the university are LDS so they try to hold their students to LDS standards. From what we've learned, it's a really good school!
